Fence Policy
Guidance on fences:
- Fences must be approved by the Committee as described in the convenances. Written approval
prior to erecting is absolutely required. Otherwise, the homeowner is subject to removal of the
fence. - All fences in these homesteads are considered approved prior to this guidance:
a. 3008 Wyndwood Way
b. 3047 Midnight Sun
c. 3070 Wyndwood Way - Fences can only be 4 feet tall and made of metal with 4 inch center to center gaps between
spokes. - All fences are black and pre-coated for minimal maintenance or wrought iron.
- Fences may only enclose the area of the yard not visible from the front of the home. Exceptions
may be given for corner lots. - Fences must be at a minimum of 10 feet off the property line of neighbors inside the NRE
neighborhood.
